The safest route is the signed-in deletion control because it verifies that the request belongs to you.
Request deletion in Raivora
- Sign in to Raivora.
- Open Profile and choose the data-management or account-deletion control.
- Review the warning and confirm the request.
If you cannot sign in
Try password recovery first. If the account is still inaccessible, contact support from the independent support site. Support will need to verify account ownership before acting on a deletion request.
What happens next
Eligible account and progress data is removed according to the deletion workflow and retention policy. Limited operational, security, billing, or legal records may be retained where necessary to prevent abuse, complete transactions, or meet legal obligations.
